The program includes eight 90-minute live group Zoom calls spread over 3 months, each focusing on the topics listed below. The group is limited to just 6 participants to ensure a personalized experience.  While replays will be available, consistent attendance is encouraged as it is the key to getting the full benefit of the program and ensuring it works as designed.

I’ll provide one-on-one coaching in front of the group for the first half of the Hot Seat, allowing everyone to learn from the experience. Then, we’ll open up the discussion for group reflection and feedback, fostering a supportive environment for shared growth. ​
